1. Company Overview

3Sixty Sign Kits operates as a supply-only manufacturer and retailer of bespoke DIY self-install vehicle graphic kits.

We design, produce and supply vehicle graphics for customers to install themselves or via a third-party installer of their choice.

We do not provide installation services and do not attend customer premises for fitting or application.

2. Supply-Only Policy

All products supplied by 3Sixty Sign Kits are strictly supply-only.

Customers are responsible for installation, whether carried out by:

• The customer themselves
• A third-party installer
• A professional sign installer

Installation is carried out at the customer’s responsibility.

3Sixty Sign Kits is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect fitting or alignment
• Air bubbles, creases or lifting
• Stretching or tearing of vinyl
• Damage during application
• Unsuitable environmental conditions during installation
• Failure to follow supplied fitting guidance

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that installation is not included in our service.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described when supplied.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order and completing payment, whether online or via invoice, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Supply-Only Policy.

These terms apply regardless of the method used to place or arrange an order, including:

• Website checkout
• Email
• Social media
• WhatsApp
• Invoice or payment link

4. Bespoke & Custom-Made Products

Our vehicle graphics kits are produced specifically for the customer’s vehicle, business details, artwork and approved design.

Because these products are made to the customer’s specifications and/or clearly personalised, the standard change-of-mind cancellation rights applicable to many distance purchases do not normally apply to the finished bespoke goods.

Change-of-mind returns are therefore not accepted once bespoke design or production work has commenced.

Once production of personalised graphics has commenced following approval of the artwork, orders cannot normally be cancelled or refunded because the goods are being manufactured specifically for that customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

5. Design & Approval Process

Customers receive a digital design proof before their graphics enter production.

After ordering, customers are required to complete our Design Form and provide the information required for us to prepare their artwork.

Design proofs are normally sent within 24–48 working hours after we receive the completed Design Form.

Unlimited design revisions are included before final approval.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the final proof, including:

• Spelling
• Telephone numbers
• Email addresses
• Website addresses
• Social media details
• Services and wording
• Colours
• Layout
• Design positioning
• Vehicle information

Nothing is printed until the customer approves the final design.

Once artwork has been approved, production will proceed based on that approval.

3Sixty Sign Kits cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes, incorrect contact details or other errors that were clearly shown on artwork approved by the customer.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and production delays.

5a. Design Work & Cancelled Orders

Artwork preparation, layout work, vehicle mock-ups and design proofs require time and labour from our design team and are produced specifically for each order.

Where a customer requests cancellation after bespoke design work has commenced, we may deduct a reasonable amount from any refund to cover work already completed specifically for that order.

Any deduction will reflect the design work completed at the point of cancellation.

Where substantial additional design work has been requested or completed beyond the normal scope of the original order, this may also be taken into account.

Once production of the customer’s personalised graphics has commenced following final artwork approval, cancellation and change-of-mind refunds are not normally available.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

6. Production & Dispatch

Typical production time is 3–5 working days from final design approval.

Production times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to workload, equipment issues, material availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where an Express Production service has been purchased, the applicable production timescale will be displayed or confirmed at the time of ordering.

Production begins only after the customer has approved their final artwork.

All orders are quality-checked before dispatch.

We may retain internal production records and photographs showing the condition of products before dispatch.

Delivery times are separate from production times.

7. Installation Responsibility

All kits are supplied for self-installation or installation by a third party chosen by the customer.

3Sixty Sign Kits does not accept responsibility for damage or installation issues caused during fitting, including:

• Misalignment
• Air bubbles
• Creasing
• Incorrect positioning
• Stretching
• Tearing
• Contamination
• Incorrect application technique

Customers who are not confident installing the graphics themselves should consider using a professional installer.

Customers should inspect their graphics before installation and contact us before fitting if they believe an item has been supplied incorrectly, damaged or defective.

Damage or defects caused during installation are not considered manufacturing faults.

This does not affect statutory consumer rights relating to goods that were faulty when supplied.

8. Surface Preparation

Correct surface preparation is essential for successful vinyl application.

Vehicle surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and free from contaminants including:

• Wax
• Polish
• Silicone-based products
• Ceramic coatings
• Grease
• Dirt
• Cleaning residues

We recommend completing a final surface clean using 99% isopropyl alcohol before installation.

The surface should be clean, dry and suitable for vinyl application.

Adhesion problems caused by contamination, coatings, poor preparation or unsuitable surfaces are not considered manufacturing defects.

9. Paintwork Disclaimer

Vinyl graphics are intended for application to sound, properly cured vehicle paintwork.

Extra care should be taken with vehicles that have:

• Been resprayed
• Recently been painted
• Poorly bonded paintwork
• Existing paint damage
• Flaking or deteriorating clear coat
• Non-professional paint finishes
• Aerosol-painted panels

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle surface is suitable for vinyl application.

We cannot accept responsibility for paint damage caused by weak, poorly bonded, previously damaged or unsuitable paintwork.

10. Vinyl Removal

Vehicle graphics are semi-permanent products and may be removed when required using appropriate techniques.

Removal may expose or lift paint that was previously damaged, poorly bonded, resprayed or otherwise compromised.

3Sixty Sign Kits cannot accept responsibility for paint damage caused by unsuitable paintwork or incorrect removal techniques.

If customers are unsure about removal, we recommend using an experienced vehicle graphics professional.

11. Vehicle Variations & Fit Assurance

Vehicle shapes, panel sizes and specifications may vary between manufacturers, model years, body styles and variants.

Customers are responsible for selecting and confirming the correct vehicle information when ordering.

Our graphics are prepared using the vehicle information supplied by the customer.

For applicable Infill Panel Kits, our Fit Assurance applies.

If an Infill Panel Kit supplied by us does not correctly fit the confirmed vehicle panel shape, we will remake the affected panel free of charge, subject to verification of the vehicle and supplied kit.

Customers should contact us before cutting, trimming or modifying an Infill Panel graphic they believe has been supplied incorrectly.

Fit Assurance does not cover issues caused by incorrect vehicle information supplied when ordering, installation error or modification of the graphics.

12. Colour Variation

Colours displayed on phones, tablets and computer monitors may vary from the finished printed product because screens reproduce colour differently from printed vinyl.

Minor colour variation may also occur due to:

• Screen calibration
• Printing processes
• Material characteristics
• Different production batches
• Lighting conditions

Reasonable colour variations of this nature are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

13. Damage, Defects or Incorrect Goods

Customers should inspect their order before installation.

If your order appears damaged, defective or incorrect:

• Do not install the affected graphics
• Take clear photographs
• Retain the packaging where appropriate
• Contact us as soon as possible
• Provide your order details and photographs of the issue

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, remake or other suitable resolution.

Damage caused during installation is not considered a manufacturing or delivery fault.

Installation of the product does not remove any statutory rights you may have in relation to goods that were faulty, damaged or incorrect when supplied.

14. Installation Support

We provide fitting guidance for our vehicle graphic kits, which may include:

• Printed instructions
• Online instructions
• Installation videos
• General advice from our team

This guidance is intended to assist customers with installation.

It does not constitute an installation service or professional fitting supervision, and responsibility for carrying out the installation remains with the person fitting the graphics.

15. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, we may provide relevant evidence to the payment provider or financial institution handling the dispute.

This may include:

• Order information
• Customer communications
• Submitted Design Form information
• Design proofs
• Artwork approvals
• Production records
• Photographs
• Dispatch information
• Tracking information
• Delivery information

We cooperate with legitimate payment dispute and chargeback procedures.

This section does not restrict a customer’s statutory rights or right to raise a legitimate payment dispute.

16. Privacy

We collect and process personal information necessary to operate our business and fulfil customer orders.

Information may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Billing and delivery address
• Business information
• Vehicle information
• Logos, images and artwork supplied for design purposes
• Order and communication history

This information may be used for:

• Processing orders
• Preparing designs
• Producing goods
• Arranging delivery
• Providing customer support
• Handling disputes or replacement requests
• Meeting legal or accounting requirements

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Payment card information is processed securely by our third-party payment providers and is not stored directly by 3Sixty Sign Kits.

Some information may be processed by third-party providers where necessary to operate our website, process payments, deliver orders, provide analytics or fulfil our legal obligations.

17. Limitation of Liability

3Sixty Sign Kits is not responsible for loss or damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation
• Misuse of the product
• Failure to follow fitting guidance
• Unsuitable or contaminated vehicle surfaces
• Poor or previously damaged paintwork
• Incorrect information supplied by the customer
• Modification of the product after supply
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Nothing in these terms limits or removes statutory rights available to consumers.

Where permitted by law, 3Sixty Sign Kits is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

18. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary.

The version of these terms applicable at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.

19. Statutory Rights

Nothing contained within these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any statutory rights available to customers under applicable UK consumer law.
