No — you place your order first and our design team creates your van artwork after. You will receive a professional design proof showing exactly how your van will look before anything is printed. Most proofs are ready within 24–48 hours of ordering.

Every kit is designed specifically for your selected vehicle size. If there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll remake the affected graphics.

You’ll receive a design proof after placing your order and before production begins. You can request changes until you’re happy before anything is made.

No problem at all. You can request as many revisions as you need until you are completely happy. Nothing goes to production without your explicit approval. There is no extra charge for revisions.

Most kits last 5–7 years with proper care. We use MetaMark Vinyl manufacturer for all of our sign kits.

Yes — your proof is shown on a digital mockup of your selected vehicle type.
You will receive a confirmation email with a link to our design brief form. Upload your logo and provide your business details. Our design team will then create a professional design proof for your approval — usually within 24–48 hours.
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI) give the sharpest results, but we can work with any format. If you don’t have a logo yet, add our Logo Design service at checkout (£49) and we’ll create one from scratch.

Yes — FREE UK tracked delivery is included on every order. No hidden charges, no minimum order value.

  • Design Process
Not at all. Our in-house design team creates your van artwork for you after you order. Just upload your logo to our design form which you will receive immediately after ordering via our website and we will handle everything else.
No problem. Add our Logo Design service at checkout for £49 and our designers will create a professional logo from scratch based on your trade and preferences.
 

Unlimited revisions are included at no extra cost. We won’t go to production until you are 100% happy with your design proof.

Yes — please visit our social channels or browse our website to see real van transformations across a range of trades including plumbers, electricians, builders, cleaners, and landscapers. We have supplied over 5,000+ kits since 2022.
No problem — we’ll adjust it based on your feedback until it’s right.
We recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for best quality, but we can usually work with PNG or JPEG files too.
  • Installation

Yes. All kits are specifically designed for DIY installation. Full step-by-step instructions are included, along with an application squeegee and slip solution where required.

Rear kits: approximately 10 minutes. Side kits: approximately 15 minutes. Full kits (sides and rear): approximately 30 minutes.

Most installs only require:

  • Squeegee
  • Masking tape
  • Cleaning cloth
  • Spray bottle

 

We provide installation instructions with every order and we also include a squeegee tool with every order.

No. Every kit includes all the tools needed for installation.

Magnetic signs simply peel off and reapply. For vinyl kits, gentle heat from a heat gun or hairdryer allows repositioning if applied quickly. Our instructions walk you through the process to minimise errors.
Yes — every order includes step-by-step fitting guidance.

Yes — just wait at least 48 hours before washing and avoid direct pressure on the edges.

Yes. While many kits can be installed solo, having a second person helps with larger graphics.

Once your design is approved and production is complete, delivery is via next working day tracked courier. Most customers receive their kit within 5–7 working days from ordering.

Yes — we deliver to all UK mainland addresses free of charge. For Scottish Highlands and islands, please contact us for delivery details if not stated on our website.

Yes — you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your kit is dispatched.

Yes — add Express Turnaround at checkout for faster production. This prioritises your order in our production queue and reduces the overall lead time.

  • Product Quality & Materials

No. All our materials are specifically designed for vehicle paintwork. Magnetic signs simply lift off without leaving any residue. Vinyl can be removed cleanly with gentle heat if needed. Neither will damage factory paintwork when used correctly.

Vinyl kits are rated for 5+ years in UK conditions when properly applied. Magnetic signs last indefinitely as they are removed and stored when not in use. All materials are UV-resistant and weatherproof.

Yes — our graphics are designed to withstand rain, UV exposure, road dirt, and everyday UK weather conditions.

Yes — they can be removed cleanly using heat and the correct technique.

Yes — selected kits include protective lamination for added durability, colour protection, and scratch resistance.

Yes — once fully applied and cured, the graphics can handle normal vehicle washing. Hand washing is recommended for maximum lifespan.

Yes — your kit is designed specifically for your selected van size and layout.
