Do I need to see a design before ordering?

No — you place your order first and our design team creates your van artwork after. You will receive a professional design proof showing exactly how your van will look before anything is printed. Design proof sent within 1-2 working days.

What if my kit doesn’t fit my van?

Every kit is designed specifically for your selected vehicle size. If there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll remake the affected graphics.

Will I see a design before my graphics are made?

You’ll receive a design proof after placing your order and before production begins. You can request changes until you’re happy before anything is made.

What if I don't like the design?

No problem at all. You can request as many revisions as you need until you are completely happy. Nothing goes to production without your explicit approval. There is no extra charge for revisions.

How long will the graphics last?

Most kits last 5–7 years with proper care. We use MetaMark Vinyl manufacturer for all of our sign kits.

How long does the whole process take?

Design proof sent within 1-2 working days after we receive your completed design form. Once you approve the final design, standard production is 3–5 working days. Need it faster? Add Express Turnaround for £49 to reduce production to 2–3 working days from design approval. Once production is complete, your order is dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Is installation easy enough to do myself?

Yes. Our DIY vehicle graphics kits are specifically designed for self-installation and include an application squeegee and step-by-step fitting instructions.

What if I don’t have a logo yet?

You can still order without a logo. We can create your vehicle graphics layout using your business name and details, or you can add our £49 Logo Design service if you need a new logo created from scratch.

Is this suitable for leased vehicles?

Yes — our graphics are removable and won’t damage factory paint when removed correctly.

What happens after I place an order?

You will receive a confirmation email with a link to our design brief form. Upload your logo and provide your business details. Our design team will then create a professional design proof for your approval — usually within 1-2 working days.

Why should I order before receiving a design?

Creating a custom vehicle design takes real design time. Your order secures your place in our design queue, and nothing is produced until you approve the artwork.

Am I committed once I place an order?

Production only begins once you’ve approved your final design. However, because our designers begin creating bespoke artwork after your order is placed, a design fee may apply if you cancel after design work has started. Please see our Policies & Legal Information for full details.

How do I place an order?

Select your van size, choose your graphic type, and submit your details through our order form. Once your order is placed, we’ll get started on your design.

When will I see my design?

You’ll receive your design proof after placing your order and before production begins. Usually within 1-2 working days.

Can I make changes to the design?

Yes — you can request revisions until you’re completely happy. We won’t produce anything until you approve the final design.

Why are your kits cheaper than traditional signwriting?

Our sign kits are cheaper than traditional sign-writing because we design, produce, and ship self-install kits directly — without expensive fitting overheads.

What if I don’t have a logo?

What do I need to get started?

Just your business name and any details you want included. If you have a logo, you can upload it — if not, we’ll handle the design. We collect all of your details via our design form which is automatically sent to you after you place your order via our website.

Can I preview the design on my exact van model?

Yes — your proof is shown on a digital mockup of your selected vehicle type.

What file format should my logo be in?

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI) give the sharpest results, but we can work with any format. If you don’t have a logo yet, add our Logo Design service at checkout (£49) and we’ll create one from scratch.

Can I order for a fleet of vehicles?

Yes — email us at info@3sixtysignkits.co.uk for a custom fleet quote. We offer consistent branding across multiple vehicles at the best possible price.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay & Klarna Pay in 3 via our secure Stripe checkout.

Do I need any design experience?

Not at all. Our in-house design team creates your van artwork for you after you order. Just upload your logo to our design form which you will receive immediately after ordering via our website and we will handle everything else.

What if I don't have a logo?

No problem. Add our Logo Design service at checkout for £49 and our designers will create a professional logo from scratch based on your trade and preferences.

How many design revisions do I get?

Unlimited revisions are included at no extra cost. We won’t go to production until you are 100% happy with your design proof.

Can I see examples of other vans you have done?

Yes — please visit our social channels or browse our website to see real van transformations across a range of trades including plumbers, electricians, builders, cleaners, and landscapers. We have supplied over 5,000+ kits since 2022.

What if I don’t like the first design?

No problem — we’ll adjust it based on your feedback until it’s right.

What file formats do you accept?

We recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for best quality, but we can usually work with PNG or JPEG files too.

Can I install the kit myself?

Yes. All kits are specifically designed for DIY installation. Full step-by-step instructions are included, along with an application squeegee.

How long does installation take?

Fitting time varies depending on the vehicle, amount of graphics, kit type and your experience. We recommend taking your time and fitting each section carefully rather than rushing the installation.

What tools will I need?

Most installs only require:

Squeegee
Masking tape
Cleaning cloth
Spray bottle

We provide installation instructions with every order and we also include a squeegee tool with every order.

Will I need special tools?

No. However you can add our Pro Fitting Toolkit to your order.

Do you provide installation instructions?

Can I wash my van after installing the graphics?

Yes — just wait at least 48 hours before washing and avoid direct pressure on the edges.

Can two people install it more easily?

Yes. While many kits can be installed solo, having a second person helps with larger graphics.

What if I apply a graphic incorrectly?

Small mistakes can usually be corrected during installation. If you’re unsure, contact our team and we’ll help.

How long does delivery take?

Once production is complete, your order is dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Standard production is 3–5 working days from design approval, or 2–3 working days with our £49 Express Turnaround upgrade. Courier delivery time is separate from production time.

Do you deliver to all UK addresses?

Yes — we offer FREE Tracked 24 delivery across the UK mainland. Scottish Highlands and islands may have additional delivery charges, so please contact us if a rate isn’t shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your kit is dispatched.

Is express production available?

Yes. Add Express Production at checkout for £49 to reduce production to 2–3 working days from final design approval. Express Turnaround applies to production only; design proofs, revisions and courier delivery are separate.

When does production start?

Only after you’ve approved your final design.

Will the graphics damage my van paint?

No. All our materials are specifically designed for vehicle paintwork. Vinyl can be removed cleanly with gentle heat if needed. Neither will damage factory paintwork when used correctly.

How long do the graphics last?

Vinyl kits are rated for 5+ years in UK conditions when properly applied. All materials are UV-resistant and weatherproof.

Are your graphics weatherproof?

Yes — our graphics are designed to withstand rain, UV exposure, road dirt, and everyday UK weather conditions.

Can the graphics be removed later?

Yes — they can be removed cleanly using heat and the correct technique.

Are your graphics laminated?

Yes — selected kits include protective lamination for added durability, colour protection, and scratch resistance.

Can the graphics go through a car wash?

Yes — once fully applied and cured, the graphics can handle normal vehicle washing. Hand washing is recommended for maximum lifespan.

Are the graphics pre-cut for my vehicle?

Yes — your kit is designed specifically for your selected van size and layout. For businesses wanting full-colour graphics contained within the van panels, our infill panel graphics are designed and cut specifically for the vehicle.

Can I replace part of the kit later if damaged?

Yes, individual sections can be reproduced if needed.
